Data Deletion Request
Request deletion of your Crowd Lens account and associated data
⚠️ Important Notice
Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account and data are deleted, you will not be able to recover any information, preferences, or account data. Please download any data you want to keep before requesting deletion.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account Information: Your name, email address, and profile data
- App Data: All data associated with photo sharing app for events with admin moderation
- Usage Data: App usage statistics and preferences
- Authentication Data: Login credentials and session information
How to Request Data Deletion
Method 1: Email Request (Recommended)
- Click the email link below to open your email client
- Include your account email address in the message
- Specify what data you want deleted
- Send the email and wait for confirmation

Method 2: Manual Email
Send an email to privacy@crowdlens.app with the following information:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Your account email address
- Confirmation: That you understand deletion is permanent
Processing Timeline
- Email Confirmation: You'll receive an automated confirmation within 24 hours
- Verification: We may contact you to verify your identity
- Deletion Process: Data will be deleted within 30 days of verification
- Final Confirmation: You'll receive confirmation when deletion is complete
Alternative: Delete from App
You can also request account deletion directly from the Crowd Lens app:
- Open the Crowd Lens app
- Go to Settings or Profile
- Look for "Delete Account" or "Account Management"
- Follow the in-app deletion process

Under applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), you have the right to:
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Receive confirmation of deletion
